Where a Full Member is authorised to continue using the ILAC MRA Mark and/or IAF MLA Mark under the transitional arrangements established in MRA-006 Annex 1, those Marks may continue to be used in accordance with the applicable requirements until the Global ACI MRA Mark becomes legally available in the relevant economy and formal notification has been issued by the Secretariat.
Accreditation bodies are not required to remove the ILAC MRA Mark or IAF MLA Mark solely because Global ACI has commenced operations.
