Global Accreditation Cooperation Incorporated (Global ACI) is pleased to welcome the Korea Testing, Inspection and Certification Association (KOTICA) as a new Stakeholder Member of Global ACI. 

KOTICA is a private, non-profit organisation in the Republic of Korea whose members are conformity assessment bodies accredited by the Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (KOLAS), a Full Member of Global ACI. KOTICA represents forty-two member organisations accredited by KOLAS in the fields of testing, inspection and product certification. 

Through its work, KOTICA supports the continued development of Korea’s testing, inspection and certification (TIC) industry by gathering feedback from member conformity assessment bodies and industry professionals, conducting studies on TIC industry development, and sharing relevant information with stakeholders. KOTICA’s participation in Global ACI will support the exchange of information on international accreditation trends and policy developments, helping its members stay aligned with the global conformity assessment system. 

KOTICA’s membership further strengthens engagement with conformity assessment bodies in Korea and supports Global ACI’s work to promote trust, competence and confidence in accredited conformity assessment worldwide.
