When is the Global ACI MRA Mark considered “legally available”?

For the purposes of transition and enforcement, the Global ACI MRA Mark is considered legally available in a given economy when:
the applicable trademark opposition or objection period has expired without objection, or
any objection has been finally resolved in favour of registration, and
the Mark may be lawfully used in that economy.
The Secretariat will formally notify accreditation bodies when this condition is met.
