The continued use of the ILAC MRA Mark and IAF MLA Mark during the transition period is permitted under the arrangements approved by Global ACI and described in MRA-006 Annex 1.

The presence of the ILAC MRA Mark or IAF MLA Mark on an accreditation certificate issued after 1 January 2026 does not indicate that accreditation is being granted under a separate ILAC or IAF recognition framework.

Pursuant to the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly of Global Accreditation Cooperation Incorporated, organisations recognised as signatories to the IAF MLA and/or ILAC MRA as of 31 December 2025, and that joined Global ACI, became signatories to the Global ACI MRA for the corresponding approved scopes and dates of approval.

Accordingly, accreditation granted by those signatories after 1 January 2026 is recognised under the Global ACI MRA Framework.

The continued use of the ILAC MRA Mark or IAF MLA Mark during the transition period reflects only the approved marking arrangements and does not affect the accreditation’s recognition status.
